Monkey Days — Privacy Policy

Days is a personal notes/diary app created by Elena Tserioti (Thespesio team) (“we”, “us”).

1) Overview
Days is built to keep your data on your device. We do not run servers for Days and we do not collect, store, or receive your note content.

2) What we collect
We do not collect personal data through the app.
- No account / login
- No analytics
- No in-app tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No third-party SDKs for analytics or diagnostics
- No API calls
- No transmission of your notes to our servers (we do not operate servers for Days)

3) Your data (notes)
Your notes, markers, and related metadata are stored locally on your device.
Your data does not leave your device through the Days app itself.

4) Export / import files
Days may allow you to export your notes to a file (e.g., .days) and import from such files.
Exported files are created and saved only where you choose (e.g., Files, iCloud Drive, external storage).
We do not receive these files and do not upload them anywhere.

5) Apple system services
Apple may provide developers with diagnostic information depending on your iOS settings (for example, if you choose to share crash/diagnostic data with app developers).
Days does not add additional analytics or diagnostics beyond what Apple may provide through system settings.

6) Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data because we do not collect it.
We have no servers and do not transmit your notes to any service.

7) Data retention and deletion
Because your data is stored locally:
- You can delete notes inside the app at any time.
- Deleting the app removes its local data from your device (subject to Apple/iOS behavior).
- Export files remain wherever you saved them; you control and delete those files.

8) Security
We rely on Apple’s platform security and your device security settings (passcode/Face ID).
You are responsible for protecting your device and any exported backup files you choose to save or share.

9) Children
Days is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) without parental consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10) Changes to this policy
If we change how Days works (for example, adding cloud sync, accounts, or analytics), we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date.
